Oh, hai.

I know, I know, blog. I promised to update you more. I'll try to do better. I love you baby, I mean it!

Anyway, yesterday marked my 16 week mark and I'm feeling pretty fine!

Bump pic!
9 weeks on the left v. 16 weeks on the right. (And yes, I'm obviously growing a little chiefs fan)

Today, I'm definitely feeling the growth. I've had dull aches in my lower abdomen off and on all morning. Not like cramps...but a deep sorta, burning? If that makes sense.

Other fun things about my pregnancy:

1. Holy veins. I am so veiny. I mean, since I'm so damn white anyway you could see my veins before. But you can REALLY see them now. And not just in the boobs. But everywhere.

2. Dreams. I've had some of the craziest dreams in my life. One day last week, I dreamt in cartoon form. Last night I had a dream we were told it was a girl. I've had a boy dream too. So it's still a toss up as far as my psyche is concerned.

3. Fatigue. I am so tired. All. The. Time. And now that school has started, I have 14 hour days 2 days a week, so that's a fun thing that's happening.

But all of these things I don't mind. Because I know in 5 1/2 months, we're going to have our little Bootsie. I can't wait.

February 25th is the big day! We find out what we're having. I've had a lot of people tell me girl (including my mom and mother-in-law). Sean, of course, thinks it's a boy. I've had a few other people tell me boy too. I'm happy with either. But, my guess is girl.

In other news...

Sean and I officially have a place to live in Columbia. I graduate May 14th. My mom and step dad are coming up for that. On May 18th, we're moving home, with the help of my mom and step-dad. I'll be 7 months pregnant at that point and will not be doing any lifting (obviously). I am, of course, excited to finally have my masters. But I'm even more excited to be going home. I miss home. I miss my friends. I miss my family.

Sean and I won't be doing any sort of nursery anything until after we move. It doesn't make sense to buy stuff here and move it. So, that's giving me anxiety a little because I like to plan things and do things way in advance. But, 2 months is enough time to get everything we'll need. But I'm so anxious to buy now!

Until next time, blog...
